Our idea to offer fast interpret for urgent needs was born while traveling frequently in Hong Kong. Interpretation over-the-phone was widely used e.g. with taxi-drivers; sometimes my English and their combined Chinese-English didn't match and it was difficult to find a hotel.

With wonderful service attitude drivers had a solution; they phoned to a service-number and explained the situation, gave me their mobile phone with a perfect-English speaking person to explain where I was going to. Then the phone was given to a driver and message was interpreted to him with perfect Chinese.

Simple solution is often a best solution. This is our guideline as well - offer simple, fast and reliable interpretation service to everyday needs. Last few months has proved a demand for our service - we want to thank our current customers. Our mission is to help people understand each other.
