Short notice interpretations
- if you need a fast help with interpretation, please call our service-number 010 3221950 (24/7) and give us your contact information and language that you need. Instructions for payment* are given to you.
- our interpreter calls you in 10 minutes and helps with your interpretation.
- Term of payment for authorities, communities and companies are 14 days net.
- individuals pay in advance*.

Interpretation over the phone, booked in advance
- to make sure that interpreter in your language is available,
please book our service as early as possible.
- cancellation must be done by 4pm, day before the delivery.
- minimum charge for service that is booked in advance is
30 minutes.
- please let us know if you need interpretation continually.
We warmly recommend to use same interpreter.

On-site interpretation
- we are pleased to help you on-site as well, call our service-number to book on-site interpreter, p. 010 322 1950.
- tell your location, phone number and situation for needed interpretation. Our customer-service finds you an interpreter that suits best to your current need.
- Book in advance: on-site interpretations are recommended to be booked as early as possible, at the latest day before.
- Service will be charged fully if cancellation is made on day of dispatch.

My Interpreter™ (Oma Tulkki™)
- would you like to use your favorite interpreter in all you interpretations? With My Interpreter™ -service you´ll have your own, dedicated interpreter who helps on-site and over-the-phone as well. Please ask more, p. 010 322 1950.
